Breakfast Is Important Pics

This is how I should start each day. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it should include healthy choices. My breakfast had protein, fiber, carbs, veggies and fruit.

I am going to try to make this a habit. And actually this breakfast can be had any time of the day.

Today's breakfast total was 382, it included a raisin bagel, egg beaters, turkey ham, onions , bell peppers, 1 tsp oil, 1/2 apple and 1/2 tbl sugar free jam, also a 5.5 oz can of V8 Spicy Hot.
