I already listed these goals on another thread, but so that I can find it easily, I am posting it here as well.
Eat 5 freggies per day
Strength training 3x a week
Run at least 1 5K
Drink 8 glasses of water per day
Keep track of actual miles walked and run
Read through the Bible
Read through Proverbs 12x
Finish a Bible study with my DD
Memorize at least 2 verses per month
Praise my husband
Be more patient
Finish child #4's photo album
Progress so far, pretty much on target. Need to work on the water.
