As some of you know, I work with SARA_0407. After work tonight, I went to her house and we did Kenpo X from P90X!!!! 45 MINUTES! And it was fun! Not necessarily the exercises, but doing them with Sara. I like it because we can pace each other and we don't kill ourselves trying to keep up with Tony's speed.
After we finished, we watched Cardio X, which I thought would be harder than Kenpo X, but its not! And that one's only 30 minutes. lol Most of the exercises are the same, and the ones that are different are ones I've done (or variations of) in 10-Minute Trainer. I haven't seen the lower body stuff yet, but I'm assuming it will be worse than 10-Minute, and that's what killed my knees.

Okay, now that I've bragged on myself, back to daily stuff. lol I went on Beachbody.com today and decided its time to order a new workout set. I know I should have been practical and got TurboJam, but what can I say? Sometimes you just have to follow your heart and be frivolous. So I ordered Brazil Butt Lift. LOL I want to see if it can lift my butt and put it where it should be, but the biggest selling point was the fact that all the women in the before/after pics not only had better shaped butts and smaller waists, there was daylight between their thighs!!! I want that! I need as much help as I can get with the saggy inner thigh skin. Even if it just tones it a little bit, it'll be a lot better than it is now. I should have it in a week or so, then I'll let you know how it goes.
My weigh-in today was the same as last Monday and I'm counting it as a win. Last Wednesday, i was up about 4 pounds. I was able to fight back and lose it all by weigh-in day! That's success in my book. I'd like to blame it on the fact that my TOM keeps trying to start, but I can't. I'm blaming it on the Reese's Minis and the sausage sticks.
I need to hit the shower now. I'm sitting here stinking like the inside of an ape house at the zoo! YUCK!!!
