New year, new goal!

I joined Spark People in the name of general fitness. And that's still my goal.
But I've decided to give myself another little goal: to lose 10 pounds by May 1. I hope it will help keep me on track with better eating. I love those chocolate-chip cookies a bit TOO much.
To lose the pounds, I'm going to watch my night-time eating. Desserts are always my nemesis. I'll add more fruits and vegetables and more yogurt instead. Gonna try and drink more water too.
Can I do it? I think the answer is
