Transformation, there and back

For my BLC-18 team we have to write a blog on our transformation.
I used to feel like I had the weight of the world on my shoulders, when I was at my heaviest. Being on Sparkpeople, I learned that no matter how old you are, you can make a difference.
I'm 4'8" and at my heaviest 113 lbs. My gyn told me I had to lose to at least 102. I knew this was possible because I did it before.
On May 30, 2009, I was 94 lbs. I was at my skinniest ever, felt good and trim. My thighs were at their skinniest ever as was my rear. I was making good progress on my arms, too.
I'd put in an hour on the treadmill listening to my music as I walked, I'd put in time for strength training. I only wish I could find my notebook with all my info from back then.
Then, I had to visit up north for almost a month...no treadmill...no bike.. lost motivation. I did have weights and a thighmaster (still have it :-} ) I even took some video tapes. I didn't have the time I had at home.
I had gone up north to help my mom pack up and move down with me. We had to go through everything, pack up what she wanted, figure out and tag what she wanted to sell...mainly all her furniture.
Imagine having to give up your house and almost all your belongings to move to someone else's house. But, I digress.
I lost most of my motivation and when I came back home, I didn't have the time and didn't put much into what time I had. I ended up going right 'back' to the person with the weight on her shoulders.
I gained back the weight and inches and lost the pride I had in myself for what I had achieved.
I never got back to being that person...yet...but I have hopes and trying to get that determination back. I just don't put the time in that is needed, but I know I want to get back to 'there' with the skinny thighs and butt.
