Okay, Day 6

Seems like I've been on my quest to lose ten pounds way longer than just 6 days. I have, of course, since I've been exercising as much as I could since the summer in the hope that it would "just happen" for me.
But now I've gotten serious again and I've combined the exercise with everyday use of the nutrition tracker. And I'm sure it's going to work! I feel thinner already! Why? Because eating more fruits and vegetables really, really does help me control my snacking on sweets. I've gone almost an entire week without any candy, cookies, cake... For me, that's pretty amazing.
Even more amazing? I didn't have any cravings for those things. I normally get finished with my meal and then really, really want "something else." But this week I had fruit after dinner and drank more water and I just wasn't hungry for anything else. I know. I know. That's what everyone's been saying all along. But this week, I got it!
