I have completed 30 days and I am now entering my next 30 days with this program. I might add that initially into it I was quite apprehensive as to how this was going to re-shape my butt ( "bum bum"). I had misunderstood that this was a 30 day program when it really is a 60 day program. Because there was no way I felt you would have a nice butt after only 30 days so the 60 days makes more sense to me now.
This program can and will kick your butt! It's that burn in the big gluteal muscles that gets yah! But I like the program and am sticking with it and have gotten Shakeology for the 2nd month to try and see if thist helps with my sweet tooth and weight loss as well. I don't have much that I want to lose but about 10 more pounds if I can. I am posting my 30 day pics altho subtle changes I did lose 1/2 inch from my hips and 1/2 inch from my waist and about 2 pounds. I had gained back some inches and a few pounds due to my eating during my 3rd round with P90X. When I look back at my pics from Round 1 and Round 2 of P90X my hips and tummy were much different, henceforth, eating is a major factor in doing any program. So I am the test dummy for that for sure!
The results I got thusfar are subtle, but I can tell and feel the difference. Those "knobs" otherwise known as saddlebags are smoothing out and suprisingly enough my bum bum ( pronouced "boom boom" in Brazil) is lifting. I was in awe of that because I find it incomprehensible that the muscles back there are really gonna lift that junk up
I mean there is quite a bit of weight hanging back there and I myself cannot tell what is fat and what is muscle. Also my but has a somewhat "square" shape so slooooowly it is rounding out. But I believe that there are like "forklifts" within the muscles that get laxed if not worked on and developed and "maybe" that is what I am doing now with this program
So here are my 30 day pics and please critique them and be honest really, I dont offend easily! Let me know if you can tell a difference or not. Cuz sometimes I am more critical of myself and another eye can see things differently as I am always looking at myself so I may think not much has changed. I also apologize in advance for the bluriness of the photos and the archaic way in which I had to set these pics up. I am not very computer savvy when it comes to doing this photo stuff. The 1st pic of each view is the "before pic" and the following one is the "30 day pic". See yah in another 30 days!
I'm with Susy! You're a brave woman and I think your bum bum is looking good! You can see the lift...literally! Great job. I ordered the same program from Beachbody, but couldn't get into it so I returned it. My bad. Look what could have happened if I would have stuck it out. I just couldn't listen to him anymore. It was his voice...or accent...or something. Great job! Can't wait to see what the next 30 days bring! 3145 days ago
