Lovin' my Elliptical

Well since the treadmill is a no go, my elliptical is getting more attention then usual.

I got up earlier this morning, so I got in 45 minutes and I had planned on doing another workout after school, but my daughter was feeling a little down and wanted some quality time, so the kids and I watched a little TV but mainly played on my IPad.

Everyone was happy and we stayed busy until dinner time, which was eating out for them and egg whites, toast and a shake for me. I figured if I ate at home I could get by with the shake.
I stayed in my range, but it just so high, I don't know how I couldn't have done it. I really trying to find a way to stay on track but my willpower disappears after 4 pm.. The Hubby says it due to lack of sleep or more specifically my interrupted sleep, my wonderful son is still not always sleeping through the night. (Just don't know what to think about that issue.

I have some ideas and I'm going to try to put them into action starting tomorrow. Hopefully I'll start seeing some results in a couple of weeks. I had hoped to be 5 pounds lighter by next Saturday, for my daughter birthday, which includes swimming, but I'll have to be content with where I am.
Enough feeling sorry for myself and more working on making CHANGES!!
