Queue the dark cloud

Last week sucked! I don't know WTF happened! You know, if I were slacking or eating a bunch of crap, I'd expect the weight gain. But when I burn over 3000 calories during the week and NEVER go over on calories, I just feel like SCREAMING!!!!!!!

My deficit for the entire week was 5349 calories. I should have lost 2 pounds this week, easy! But no, instead I GAIN 5!

I'm going home tonight and hitting the elliptical. The depression is setting in....again, and its bad this time. I know a lot of it is due to those stupid found pounds. So I'll hop on the elliptical and cry it out. Then I'll shower and go to bed.

I'll stop with the Debbie Downer blog now. I'm taking my dark cloud and hiding before I lash out at people or fall into a bag of chips.

    I am going to have to agree and disagree with some. I think maybe you are not eating enough and I think you need to increase the water and track it really close to get out the salt. It could also be because you were ill and the body was storing, it happens. Just keep at it and next week will be better.

    Ok, this may seem like a strange thing to try but what's it going to hurt? Go one day without drinking a ton of water. The day I had my accident I actually cheated and ate a steak sandwich and didn't drink any water. I got on the scale the next morning expecting the worst and instead lost 3 lbs. In a single day. I was shocked but I think I needed to clear some of that water weight. If that doesn't work you can always try a steak sandwich :p

    You will even out....I have been dealing with the same thing.
