I ate out at Red Lobster yesterday. I planned my meal before leaving home. I ate only 2 Cheddar bay biscuits(which I love) instead of the normal 4 or more. Ordered a Wood-Grilled shrimp,chicken and scallop entree. The entree came with wild rice pilaf and broccoli. I subbed out the rice for an extra serving of broccoli. I am VERY proud of myself. It's possible to eat out AND eat healthy too!
