Warning~Same old issue but asking for your help~ PLEASE!!

Well I'm still trying to find my Willpower and behave myself and not snack. I'm AWESOME at getting my cardio in, and I don't mean to sound arrogant, but that's something I can say that I do well, ST not so much and eating healthy and in range NOT SO MUCH!

I know that I can do it, I have done it before but it seems to be an ongoing struggle for me this year. I can't lose the weight I want, which could be due to increased running causing muscle gain, but to me I just feel fat. I know that I have gained more than just muscle and I know what I need to do to lose weight, but once again it's the lack of Willpower.
So I'm asking for ideas, I need HELP!! I'm game for anything, let me have it! Thanks for listening and for the help Sparkfriends!
