Changed the ticker

I changed my ticker today and reset my goals. I want to be done to 145 by May 1st. I weighed in yesterday at 154.6, not at all happy about that, but that's life and now it's time to kick it into gear. I got on the elliptical for 45 minutes today and did 100 crunches, tomorrow it's between 6 and 8 miles of running and Day 4 on the 28 Day Bootcamp Video.

    I am just catching up on my spark friends and just read your last 3 blogs....I feel like I am reading a page out of my own book!! I was really good my first couple of weeks and now I can't quite seem to get my act together on tracking/keeping my eating under control. The one thing that is saving me is my exercise!!

    I think part of what frustrates me is that when I do eat within my range the scale barely moves...and if I goof up and have a treat meal/snack it comes back more quickly. I know my perimenopausal state and age has something to do with this but this is just so much harder then it used to be!

    I guess we just have to keep trying until it all comes together. Your goals are definitely reasonable and attainable..good for you for re-evaluating and changing things up. Also great job mixing things up with your workouts-that will help too!!
