I love getting on the scale each week and seeing the number going down. I think seeing results is helping me stay motivated. I have been looking forward to working out as soon as I get home from work. I am paying better attention to what I eat. I still have a soda and eat my chips but if it is going to be me towards the high end of my calorie limit for the day, I think twice before having them. I actually have been getting up on Saturdays to work out. It is so nice to have my work out done before 9 most Saturday mornings and still have the rest of the day to enjoy it. I hope I can keep it up I only have a few weeks until my cousin's wedding.
