Disney Princess Challenge 2

As part of the challenge this weekend we were asked to do many things here is one of them:

Tiana (Princess & the Frog)—Had a plan to make her dreams come true: 25 points for writing out a plan for reaching your goals; include short term, medium term and long term goals and rewards. (one time during weekend)

My dream goal is to get down to 160 pounds. I know I have a long way to go and I didn't get this big over night so I know it will take time to lose it. I started this journey in January 2010 at 283 pounds. In the beginning the weight dropped of quite fast and easy. My 1st goal was to be at 250 lbs. by June 2010 and I reached that goal ahead of time. That's when I started to slack off and say to myself I can eat this and that because I'm ahead of plans. Soon it was Dec.2010 and I was now behind schedule and did not reach my 2nd goal of being down to 200 lbs. I am still stuck at around 240. I lose a couple pounds, gain a couple pounds than lose them again. I had a plan to be at 165 before my daughters graduation in June. But that is not a realistic goal now so I need to rethink and set new goals. Here goes:
March 1, 2011---240 lbs.
April 1, 2011--- 235 lbs.
May 1, 2010--- 230 lbs.
June 1, 2010--- 225 lbs buy a new outfit for the graduation

To reach these goals I need to:
1. watch portion control
2. drink plenty of water
3. cardio 4 times a week
4. ST 2 times a
5. NO EXCUSES!!!
