80 pounds GONE! Wow, that was a long stretch of ups and downs! I've got 20 pounds to my first goal of 100 lost, and I don't plan on stopping there. :D
I feel like I'm starting to get my groove back. I've been on a 4 day fitness streak and plan to continue as long as I can. And other than Sunday, food hasn't been on my mind every spare minute of the day. Sunday, I don't know what happened. I still didn't overeat, but my mind just wouldn't get off of food! Today was much better.
This is going to be short. I've got to get to bed so I'm awake for work tomorrow. lol Have a great night everyone!
