After what?

So, the last time I was here was when I was in a Made To Crave study. Was able to meet some new friends in church and talk about food and each others struggles. Learned a little on how to plan for my snacks.

I graduated college in January with my Associates in Medical Billing and Coding. Now, back to exercising. My job sitaution hasn't changed. Still working the second shift. I've dropped drinking soda and tea which found to be dehydrating and drinking water and gatorade. Dropped eating out from almost 4 days a week to zero. I haven't lost any weight yet, just doing my body better by not eating the bad things. Working on getting my DVDs and Wii together and resistant bands for stretching.

Spring seems to be arriving here, but the wind is a bit much for my asthma and breathing, so my exercises are still to be done inside, so I'll figure out what that's gonna be.

Just wanted to pop in and say hi and hope everyone is doing okay.
