Well, I've hit two plateaus in the last few months where I hung around the same weight for weeks. At this point, if I don't watch everything, the weight won't come off. So, I increased the exercise just a bit and made a better effort not to eat after 7:00 P.M. This chopped off a few pounds this week. Wahoo!

    YAY!! You are doing so good! I am looking for an accountability partner if you you would like to be my fitness buddy. You are doing awesome! I know it's hard especially when you hit a plateau...I have been there many times, but I just push through like you did. Good luck on your journey!!
