I've been a Spark member for almost 3 years now. I've joined challenges (I did 365 days of consecutive exercise, for example) and been religious. The farther I go, the better I get at tracking, exercising, and sparking.
And now I am so happy to announce that I have finally, finally lost a little weight. I lost, then gained, then lost again so in total I've only really lost one pound. But that pound was so hard won! And I seem to be on the right track now, after all this time, so it feels like a huge victory! I just re-read some of my earlier blogs and I can hardly recognize myself in some of them. And in aerobics class today I was remembering how hard it was for me when the instructor wanted us to keep our arms up in fighting stance for nearly the whole class. I could hardly do it! I'm beyond that now and so proud. And Spark People helped me get here!
