Are you happy?

I mean I know for me I feel like I am getting it right and that I have an equal balance of all the things that I need to continue on this journey successfully…and that is the key…are you happy enough to be successful and if not what would it take to get you there??

We have a strong sisterhood and a great community….and we all know that a feeling of strong community can be one of the most important tools to happiness.

One of the perks of Spark People is a community experience.

I know my friends here care about me, and they know that I care about them.

The message boards have been very instrumental in my success so far and will continue to be…there are so many people that offer support and insight into the way I sometimes feel…you just have to put it out there..and if EVER you feel you cant…just send me a message and I will pose the question to the group…there are NEVER any stupid questions…..only the ones that aren’t asked….

Remember NO negative thoughts….only positive!!!!

Once you turn your negatives into positives, you might just become your own biggest fan!

But having a great support team of people who genuinely want to see you happy and successful is so important to your success. The key is to find people who are supportive without being asked. Whether it's your mom, one of your kids, or your best friend, the encouraging and steady presence in your life can bring strength and courage when you need it most. And lord knows we all need it at sometime!!!

When all is said and done at the end of the day…..joy comes from experiencing ourselves as part of a larger, meaningful whole. I have post –its in my car, on my computer at work…on my mirror at home…to help me stay focused!!! It is very helpful!!!! Just a thought…
