Week one was a success!! Done 5lbs!!! I know it's probably alot of water weight, but i'll take it!! It gives me motivation to keep working for week 2!! I never thought to measure myself this morning so I will do that in the morning. Great to know I can do this, I can get back on track and complete this mission i've been on forever, or at least what seems like forever!!
My goal for week 2 is to continue tracking. It is something I have struggled with so I need to make it habit! I also want to blog every day, writing it down makes me accountable and I need that!
