I don't know how many times I will start and stop...
But as long as I don't give up, I am not a failure, at least that is what I keep telling myself.
My weight had balooned to an astounding 380lbs! Over the past year, I have managed to lose 20 of those pounds, and in the past month, I have joined a gym and become a regular fixture in the BodyPump, Zumba, and BodyStep classes.
What makes it worse is that I bought "The Spark" book a year ago and in our move, it was packed into a bag and I hadn't seen it in almost a year. Last week while FINALLY setting up an area of the house built & designed for reading and relaxing, we came across the book.
While I feel like I have a solid exercise schedule in place, I needed to set some other goals up and put them into action.
Goal #1 - No more eating in front of the television.
Goal #2 - Stretch for 10 minutes
Goal #3 - Reward Myself, (No with food, I am not a dog! )
My new Mantra "One positive step, Followed by MANY more!"
