Well, at the age of 45 calorie counting isn't working for me! I was told to do 2600 calories with some exercise and I didn't do a lot of exercise but I did exercise. I didn't eat 2600 calories everyday either in fact I fell 200 short just about every day. But I won't cry over it, I'll change my calorie intake to 2000 and I'll exercise at least 5 days and see what happens! I have a vacation coming up in August and I can't be fat. I would love to lose...won't put a number on it but i know i don't want to be the weight I am now when I go on vacation!!
