Right on the money

So I weighed in today for the first time in exactly 2 months. 310, just where I had guessed it. Of course, I know I can be down to 300 in a week if I push it, since most of that is just water weight, etc. It's the next 30 pounds that really interest me though.

I have a gym buddy, a girl who lives pretty much next door and we're going to the USF gym in the mornings now. I'm cool with that, since it will keep me on a daytime schedule which is nice. I have to teach her how to do weights, but at least she's being open to the idea instead of cringing and thinking that weights equal a sex change operation like most girls think.

Got in to see my doctor when I weighed in. Got a refill on my meds and now I'm back doing the original diet that she recommended, which is the extreme calorie and portion control. I'm going to hit this hard and try for a fabulous first month, with my first cheat day scheduled for the 15th of June (cheat weekend, actually). That's MetroCon, and I'd like to be able to pull off a really sexy Captain Hammer cosplay. I'm thinking 280 will be a semi-obtainable goal. I'm reaching crazy high on that one, but I think I can do it if things work out.
