Fresh start week 4

Okay so I am suppose to write down what has got me going in the first three weeks of the BLC 19 and How I am going to keep it up. Well sad to say I haven't done very well so far in the first 3 weeks, so I guess I need to start kicking my butt in gear.
1. I will track my food intake daily
2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
3. Cardio 40 minutes daily
4. Core exercises 3 times a week
5. Sleep 7 hours a night
6. Remember to take all my medicine
I also saw a program on this eatting habit where you eat all your carbs in the morning or lunch so your body has time to burn them all day and try to stick to mostly proteins for dinner. I think I am going to try to do this a little more.
