ok next week I am going to test myself. I am going to track my eating and follow the 6 times a day small meals. I am going to plan a week of meals and prepare on sunday for the week. At the end of the week I will report how I did, what I ate and how much weight I lost. Whooooo chile jus thinkin bout it ......ok ok ok I shook myself I CAN DO IT!!! lol lol emoticon
