I've been struggling for a long time now!!! I'm really trying to get this thing right and get it right NOW!!! For me I think I've tried it all when it comes to diets!!! First I think my first mistake is calling it a diet!!! Im wondering, what's the best way for me to get going??? Should I start out with the calorie counting OR should I just try the "cold turkey" way and just try to do everything right at once???? (the eating clean with nothing but clean foods and exercise) Now I am working out and I have been trying to eat close to clean but with holidays and all things hadn't worked out for the best with me! Today I put me first and everything else will have to follow.....
