Know Your Numbers

So, the insurance company is offering a $75 gift card to members that participated in an event to check your body fat, cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure. I think its a way to raise my company'sinsurance rates, but I can't pass up $75 bucks and I thought it would be good to "know my numbers"

So, here's the results:


Blood Pressure: 88/56 - Yikes! That's kinda low!
Total Cholesterol: 132 mg/dL - Excellent!
HDL Cholesterol: 51 - Just made the good range, so I'll try to improve.
TC/HDL ratio heart disease risk: 2.6 - I'm 1/4 lower than the avergae risk, which is great!
Non-Fasting Glucose: 81- Good
BMI: 36.9 - Holy Cow! I'm extremly obese!
Body Fat Percentage: 43%- Whoah! I got a lot of work to do. I have to get this to 19%. I better get on that weight training!
Waist to hip ratio: 0.75- Its ideal for you to be 0.80 or below.

My numbers are wacky. According to my blood pressure, cholesterol and waist to hip ratio, I'm at a low risk for heart dieseas. My BMI and body fat persentages are dangerously high. I need to go look up how dangerous thunder thighs are, maybe that will give me some more insight.

ETA: I found a website that said the waist to hip ratio is not valid, and waist to height is better. Alrighty.
