Sparklers are Rockin' It! Week One

For the 1st week Rock It challenge, I will exercise 5 times for a minimum of 30 minutes each time:
1 - Walk 5k - DONE on Sunday 7/1
2 - exercise video - Not Done :(
3 - swim, water workout - Done on Wed 7/4
4- exercise video - Done on Thurs 7/5
5 - Bicycle - not done :(

I may have to substitute a video for the bicycling and swimming if the weather doesn't cooperate. I'm really going to try to mix up the exercise so I don't get bored!
