Update

Wednesday, July 04, 2012

Ok, so it's been awhile..... Quite awhile.... Since I've made any sort of update.

First off, I FINALLY have my own place! It's so nice to have a bed again. And privacy. I left my scale at my mom's, since my brother wanted to keep it. I stepped on today, since that is where I currently am doing some laundry. The number is higher than from my last weigh in, but according to just about everyone, I still look like I'm losing the weight. I tried on my skirt from high school and I am soooo close to fitting it again! And I also tried on a pair of dress pants I haven't been able to wear in three years and they fit! Well, mostly. Haha. They fit when I'm standing up, but I can't sit in them.

I haven't been the best with my dieting and exercising. Exercise consists of whatever movement I do at work..... And the diet, well I don't really eat during the day anymore with as hot as it has been. I nibble a little and eat an actual meal when I get home from work, but I can't really eat at work because it makes me feel sick since it's so hot. (Non air conditioned factory.... Yuck.... Haha!) I get plenty of water at work, but at home I've been going a little overboard with the soda. I need to work on that.

My meals at home aren't always the best now that I am able to actually cook again. The problem is I cook too much for one person and end up eating more than I should at one time.... Another thing I need to work on....

Well, the dryer is done and I am SO ready to get home and go to bed! I need to get some kind of sleep. Lol. I don't know what we're doing yet, but my boyfriend said we'll get together later today and do something. (I'm hoping for enjoying a few drinks and watching fireworks)

Happy Independence Day, everyone! :)
