Gaining

So I admit I have been off the band wagon. Still hiking and being active but not working out. No consistent gym time and lots and lots of fun social stuff. I weighed myself today and am shocked. This is why we stay off the scale when we know we are doing wrong. I have gained 38 lbs. In my two year weight loss journey I have not gained at all (give or take 5lbs). I feel devastated but now I really must move forward in a positive light.
Today is the second day of my bootcamp. Yesterday was good cardio and lots of kickboxing. Today will suck as it is all stregth training and I have not done any since crossfit. I am determined to get back to where I was and meet my goal by the end of this year.
New goals
New plans
Cook/prepare ahead
Workout every night
Weekends do fun outdoors stuff
Remember where I have come from 175lbs is an amazing loss. Don't let this last 75lb get me down.
Hold my head up no matter what because even though I gained weight I have also gained the knowledge on how to correct it. I can succeed.
ps I just declined going out to lunch with coworkers. Have a great yummy healthy meal I packed with me! Patty 1 Peer Pressure 0!!
