I feel like I didn't even blink last night!

Wednesday, July 11, 2012

Do you ever get that feeling? You slept 7-8 hours but it feels like you didn't even blink your eyes last night.

I'm SO tired! I get up at the same time every day and go to bed the same time every night. It's weird.

I got on my elliptical just as I planned. I actually got off it for a few seconds after starting but convinced myself to get back on and finish my workout. I didn't burn near as much calories as usual, but I'm also sore from thrusters & weighted lunges at Crossfit the last few days. But I finished. I have a feeling my crossfit & stationary bike workouts tonight will NOT be as great as usual.

This is me lately:

Another place we have to be aware of our bodies, it's fine line between pushing too far and not far as we can. I have a tendency to go too far and wear myself out - working on that now.

If your muscles are aching it is a message from your body to rest them until the pain has gone- usually a couple of days, before carrying on.

Sometimes we just get burnt out- but way to go with waking up early to do the eliptical. Honestly I think it always sounds like a great way to start the day- but then I can never get my butt out of bed
