It has been one year since I visited my Spark pages... I am back on track. Spark helped me to shed 30 unwanted pounds and I have kept it off for a year. The lessons I learned from Spark stuck with me !
Now, I am determined to take off that last 15 pounds. Not an easy task. I have added three times a week water aerobics to my schedule. In September last year I fell and broke my elbow. Needless to say it was quite painful, so painful in fact that I didn't realize I'd also fractured my back. Untended the back healed incorrectly. I am embarrassed to admit that I let my injury stand as an excuse for lack of exercise and the old bad habits ( like sugar) started to sneak into my routine.
Ergo, here I am again. Back among friends who understand the daily challenges of weight loss. It seems that I am less motivated and more tired from the effort. Three days this week I went over my calorie goals, and this is only week two. I know I will be inspired by your words and encouragement. Thanks in advance....
