Week 3 gone and still weigh the same...

Week 3 was a real struggle. Didn't feel well most of the week and that showed on the scale. I didn't lose anything this week. I really didn't expect any loss as I didn't track all my food this week, didn't get my water in and didn't do much exercise. I could say it was because I didn't feel well, but that's just an excuse. I just plain didn't do well this week.
Week 4 will be a better week. I'm still 7 pounds less than what I started and feeling better every day.
I'm not quitting!!!
