One year of consistent work-outs...I now weigh what I weighed when I was 15. 34-24.5-34.5. Not bad! I can also do most of my weight-lifting at 90lbs (though I do my abductor and adductor at 120/140 and my leg press at 135!!) and lift close to 50,000lbs a week! I can do an hour on the rower or the elliptical without really breaking into a sweat or gasping for breath and I can run for over 30 minutes without stopping. Nothing ever tasted as good (not even you, chocolate brownies!) as Size 2 feels. Fitness and health are now my life :)
