One month review!

I've just completed my first month back on SP. Although I've had some ups and downs, I'm happy to say that I'm still here and not giving up.

I lost a total of 9 pounds during my first month. I was hoping for a little more, but I'm very happy with 9 pounds. I had lost 10 pounds before I started back up on SP so in reality I'm down 19 pounds and weigh less than I have in over a year.

I know that I still have a long ways to go, but I'm taking it one pound at a time and I know that this time I will get there.

Making healthier food choices is getting easier and easier every day and believe it or not exercise is getting a little easier as well. There may actually come a day when I enjoy exercise.

My goal is to lose another 10 to 15 pounds in August, but I know that I will be happy with whatever I lose.

Thanks to SP and you wonderful people for keeping me motivated and, for the most part, on track.
