Changing goal to 4 pounds a month

I just realized that I do not have to be in a hurry with the last part of this journey before reaching goal. Now it is making sense to me and I am glad to finally "get it". So, with my new goals set, I can slowly make my way to goal by the end of the year!!!!

The goal is to stay on the journey and not give up. Seeing so little progress sends my thoughts to just give it up and do whatever. The reality of holding my own since April is exciting when considering all the eating opportunities recently! I have changed. I do see food differently. I do want to be healthy. I am exercising and can walk long distances. Yes, SP, you do work when I work the plan.

I am in! I am not in a hurry and I have been reassured by wonderful people that being on the journey is the important part. The journey is what is important and the result is the weight loss. Love you SP

    I've Learned...That it's those small daily happenings that make life so Spectacular

    I've learned.... That the Lord didn't do it all in one Day What makes me think I can?
    After rereading a few of your blogs i agree we don't have to do all at once and setting a goal of 4 pounds a month is a good plan the biggest thing we need to remember is We did not gain our weight over night so its not coming off over night. we can do this as a team and you are so right we can do this with the help of Spark and spark family to keep us upright on the trail
