Turn that frown upside-down!

Well, I'll start this off with, I was supposed to work out yesterday, but I didn't. I get in these streaks of working out every day but I give myself one day of rest and then I don't feel like going back! Don't get me wrong, I love to work out. I love that it's improving my body, my endurance, and just making me feel better about myself altogether, but it's GETTING to the gym that's the problem sometimes. My day wasn't completely wasted, I spent a good time cleaning (although I didn't get everything done that I wanted) and I went and saw and old friend. I just have been noticing that I'm losing energy. It doesn't help that I go to bed quite late every night (dang you TCM) and then work full days during the week and every other weekend.. and then the added stress of being a single mom?? Where do all these people find the energy to do all these things!

It is a hard life being a single mom.And the whole energy thing I don't think it's really energy you have it's more the want to. I was a single parent going to school and working it was hard but it was the drive that made me do it. There were times I just didn't want to get up but I knew I had to, Now I have a wonderful husband but he is gone all the time so I guess it really doesn't matter if you are married or not you can still be a single parent. But is great to have someone a phone call away. It is hard to juggle work, home, kids, and trying to workout. It's great that you work out 6 days a week. I try to give myself a day off too but I have found that it does take a lot to get back to it the next day. So I try to do something even on my rest day if it is just taken a walk or a bike ride something so I don't get used to not doing anything. Keep up with it. It will get better
