My First Entry & My First Week of Exercising (Again!)

I have never written a Blog before - I hope I don't embarrass myself by writing something Weird!
On August 5th, 2012 - I joined Spark People with much to learn about all that it has to offer. It has been over a month and I'm still learning new things each week. Such as writing a Blog!
On Monday - September 10th I began my exercise Routine - using my Joyce Vedral Weight Training Made Easier Videos from several years ago. I have always enjoyed these videos - a set of Day #1 & Day #2 - I am glad to be back on track with them - on track for three days!!
Day #1 was Good - I got a little tired - but it was a Good Tired! Day #2 went well also - another Good tiring day! Today was Day #3 and I did Workout Day #1 again - it was weird that my elbows hurt when I lift the weights. I've used these videos off and on for several years - I don't remember my elbows hurting before. It wasn't a real painful hurt just a curious kind of a hurt and it didn't last long!!
When I first joined SP - I was thinking about how Every time that I decide to lose weight - Something always comes up to stop my progress. Someone gets sick that I need to take care of and my exercising stops - my messy house becomes overwhelming and I need to concentrate on cleaning it up before a party or get-together happens and once again my routine is interrupted. I am full of Hope that this time will be different and Blogging about it may just hold me accountable in some way!!
The Menu Planner is Really Great and the Shopping list is very Helpful! It's great to have my Calories, Protein, Etc. all figured out for me. And there are So many Great recipes to try - Delicious Recipes!! SP Is really Pretty Awesome!!
