Week 1 of our Leaves of Change Fall Challenge, we are to list 5 things that are holding us back from
reaching our goals.
1. Not exercising consistently- only when i feel like it !
2. Hardly any ST- very lax about this!
3. Sleep- not getting near enough !
4. Daily schedule- caregiver to my dad 12 hrs everyday !
5. Me - more of a positive attitude!
I need to consistently do my cardio and ST better than i have in the past! I must work harder at this
in the weeks to come !
