BLC20 12 week plan

First and foremost my plan is to sit down and make a workout plan. I was going to the gym a lot but have not been so great about it lately. So that is my number one thing to get done. Second, I plan to write out a list of healthy snacks and write out a plan for outings so that I can still be eating healthy with all the running around I am going to be doing. I am going to track my water with tally's on my whiteboard again because last round that kept me on it more. And luckily our family garden is producing like crazy so I'm going to plan meals around the veggies I can pick each week. My goal is to get in at least 30 minutes a day, at least 6 days of the week. And also to continue training for 5K's.. My first 5K is this weekend and I hope to find another one to do in a couple months so that it'll motivate me to continue the training.
A general workout plan for me will be Mon, Wed, Fri- gym days, Tues, Thurs, Sat- run days. So I've already got an idea there. I just need to get my calendar out and get a more specific plan written down.
Well that is my plan. I'm not good at writing out this kind of thing but there it is in a nutshell.
