Although my day at work hasn't been so uplifting, I've been eating healthy and I'm proud to say I did 60ish flights of stairs on the stairstepper last night, 25 min of strength training, then 10 min on the treadmill and I'm not even sore today! Looks like I'm going to have to push a little harder at the gym... although I think I'll just do a little at-home cardio tonight, work has just exhausted me today!
