I got off work a little early yesterday which was a little unexpected so I used some of my (secretly) extra time to go work out. Since I had a few hours to spare I did a test day to see how hard I could push myself. I drank a 5 hr energy and went to the gym and surprisingly enough I did two 13-minute miles! When I pulled into the parking lot I said to myself, "let's try and do a 14 minute mile", but I went farther than I expected to go! I also did some intense strength training after and I felt great (a little sore) when I got home. I ALSO lost 1.5 more pounds! That makes 50 pounds total weight loss since I've had my son and 14 pounds total since I started this current diet.
