I have found that it when I am hungry too. Carbs are the best thing after a workout. I usually try to watch what I eat all day so that when I exercise at night I can have a good snack after wo but before bed so I am not hungry at night, Usually I eat Belvita breakfast cookies. After a work out you need carbohydrates. They are our best source for energy. Yesterday I had crackers and a cheese stick. Wheat thins in the reduced fat option are calorie wise and a serving is 16 crackers. 3077 days ago
