Are you craving any sugar or is it a drink, food, candy? For replacing soda, grab a flavored water or crystal light drink, still slightly sweet, but not all the sugar and calories. Sweet foods such as cake and cookies, find a healthier version and indulge a little so long as you are eating other healthy foods. Candy, I either get gum or dried fruit. Like others have said though, if the craving just won't go away. Make room in your calories for the day for a small treat. I also find that yogurt is a sweet healthier treat than pudding. 3068 days ago

There are a few tricks that you can utilize - one is to chew on sugarless gum. Another is to slowly chew on a piece of fruit like an apple, or a dried fig/prune/date. That way you get a little more fibre as well to help to keep your hunger at bay.
another thing that CAN help is to have a little piece of good quality dark chocolate and nibble on A PIECE. Savour the flavour and smell. THEN put the rest away for another time.

You can do it! I just walked by 2 cinnamon rolls. I want one so bad but I know it is not what I need just what I want. I got online to take my mind off them. And WHA-LA! Now I am motivating you not to give in to the cravings.
