Blog # 2 Start facing your problems head on
So I have already started. My blog yesterday was my first step in the right direction.
Today I drank 6 glasses of water, which is another small victory.
I went for my 2 mile walk and I tracked my food. So I didn’t eat the right amount of protein and too much carbohydrate. I will work on this tomorrow.
I will make this a shorter blog today because I have a tendency to try and overdo things and then I feel overwhelmed. I will be taking baby steps doing what I can, when I can and acknowledging my accomplishments.
Thanks to those who made comments yesterday. Today is my day for batch cooking with my girls and spending time together. The idea of calculating how much we save doing this is intriguing because of my accounting background. I know that it will cost less than if we did it separately because of the volume buying. Will let you know how it went tomorrow.
