Well it's been a busy couple of days. Tuesday I had to take my son to the Asthma and Allergy Dr. that is 3 hrs away from home. I packed my self 1/4 cup of raisins and I brought many Apples in case I got hungry. Since my son was well behaved I promised him ice cream at Stewart's. I ended up having one scoop of Frozen Strawberry Yogurt and it was delicious. Plus I did awesome on my calorie count and still had enough calories left to have dinner when I got home. emoticon

Yesterday was a little different I did go a little over my calorie count, but the little guy had a Harvest Dinner at school and the food was good. emoticon I did bring my own drink so I wouldn't have any calories that way. It wasn't much over. They had Beef Barley Soup with vegetables all home made in the Head starts kitchen.

Today is a good day. Granted I haven't really exercised I have stayed active. When I parked my vehicle I park as far away from the door as I can. Plus I run up and down my stairs at least 5 times a day sometimes more. Depending on what is going on. I'm always cleaning and I have a 4 yr old who has an abundant amount of energy. emoticon

My little guy has the next couple of days off so I'm planning on getting the rest of my cleaning done today so I can stay active with my son the next couple of days. I'm hoping the weather stays this good because I would like to take the little guy out for a walk around the block. I don't get outside much because I'm allergic to everything environmental. If I'm out in the sun for more than 10 min without sunscreen I feel as if some one pored acid on my skin then I get red and blotchy.

Hope everyone had an awesome couple of days and those who haven't I hope your wk gets better.

Lots of Love

Congrats on doing well with your calories on Tuesday! Sounds like you are making good choices (parking farther away, etc.)....keep up the great work!

Hi Jalene... Sounds like you're doing great! Strawberry yogurt was a good choice in that situation. I just got home from the grocery store-can't wait to start cooking meals from the Sparkpeople cookbook! Saw so many slow cooker recipes that had my mouth watering I had to get a big crockpot lol...but I'm too tired now to do much of anything. Tomorrow morning you can bet I'll be filling it up lol. I work a double every Friday so it will be good to come home to cooked food and a great smelling house! Have a great night...Laurie
