I am swapping out Insanity and doing Turbofire as my cardio instead!!! I love TF so why not do it???

Sun - Pump Extreme
Mon- Hard Core Abs and Fire 45 EZ + Stretch 10
Tues - Pump & Shred and HIIT 15
Wed - Flow and Hard Core Abs
Thur - Pump Extreme and HIIT 20
Fri - Fire 60 + Stretch 10
Sat - Rest

    Rest? What's that?

    And doing what is most appealing to us physically is a great way to keep ourselves wanting to be active rather than having to be active. emoticon

    Is it just me, or is it REALLY hard to pick a "rest" day during the BLC challenges?
