Loving The Way I Feel

I've spent 3 days now logging my food and staying on track with my calories. I haven't been eating enough fruits and vegetables, but even SOME fruits and vegetables is an improvement for me. I feel like my body is already adjusting. Mentally I feel like just a few days is enough to help me to feel motivated and have some confidence again. I know it won't always be easy to stay on track but right now I at least feel like I can do it. I think I'm feeling a little better physically as well. I'm still exhausted because I have a baby in a sleep regression, but I feel more alert when I'm awake and less sluggish.
I need to try to get some exercise in tonight and some more healthy food, but I think just not eating tons of sugar in soda form and fried stuff is helping!
