Here is a run down of the goals I had for 2012. I know the year isn't over, but it is getting close and time to give account for what I have accomplished in 2012 - good and bad.
Eat 5 freggies per day ~~~~ was NOT consistent with this.
Strength training 3x a week ~~~ I probably averaged 1x most weeks
Run at least 1 5K ~~~
I did one 5K race in Berlin.
Drink 8 glasses of water per day ~~~Still need to improve - not consistent.
Keep track of actual miles walked and run ~~~Thanks to my Garmin Forerunner, spark, and consistent logging, I did this. As of today, I have run or walked 649 ACTUAL miles.
Read through the Bible ~~~ I finished this early and started over in Genesis.
Read through Proverbs 12x ~~~ I accomplished this 9x this year.
Finish a Bible study with my DD ~~~We are NOT finished. Need to get going on this so that we finish before she moves out!
Memorize at least 2 verses per month ~~~ I memorized Proverbs 4:1-19 - In German. It takes me a lot longer to memorize in German than in English, but I know I could have done better than I did.
Character - All of these need CONSTANT work. I guess I need a way to evaluate this concretely. Any ideas?

So glad to have finished this and bring it to my DS and his new wife when we travelled to their wedding.
As far as weight. I did really well up until the wedding. The 2 weeks in the States I gained - no joke- 9 pounds! Shows how easy it can come back on. I did manage to lose about half of it again, but this is an ongoing battle, as I'm sure all can relate to.
