DS's surgery went well and now it's recovery time

My son had his 4th set of tubes put in his eardrums and his tonsils and adenoids removed yesterday. The surgery went well, it was the waiting for him to wake up and stay awake that took the longest. The nurse finally said that we could go around 3 pm. after being there since 8:45, even though he was still sleepy. We got home, even with the snowy roads, and DS continued to sleep and drink when I woke him up. It was going really well until I tried to give him the Tylenol with codeine, which stayed down about half and hour and then made it's way out. I figured I would try again today after he ate a little more. Sleeping on the coach with my son was a little uncomfortable for me, but he slept well and is doing well today. So I'm hoping for a quick recovery time:)
